Welcome, and thank you for supporting my work! By purchasing products from Tracy Harper Press, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Products (Audiobook, eBook, etc.)

  • All digital products from Tracy Harper Press, including From Him, Not Them, are delivered instantly via email or download link.

  • No refunds or exchanges are available for digital products, as files are immediately accessible.

  • Files are for personal use only. Please do not redistribute, share, or sell them.

2. Physical Products (Paperback)

  • Paperback copies of From Him, Not Them and other titles by Tracy Harper are printed and fulfilled by a third-party distributor (IngramSpark) and its retail partners. When you place an order for a paperback, the transaction and shipment are managed through their system.

  • Any concerns regarding printing defects, shipping delays, or returns should be directed to the retailer or platform through which you purchased your book.

  • If you experience an issue with your order, please contact that retailer’s customer support for resolution

3. Payment & Taxes

  • Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required.

  • Stripe handles all payment processing and secure transactions.
